Yes! 10 out of 10! Local sourced beef. Fresh and delicious! Very unique burger menu. Sparks BBQ sauce did not disappoint. Milkshake bar. Fried pickles. Burger of the month. Bison burger was so good he had to order a second one. Super friendly owner! You won’t be disappointed!

Tried a new spot in Manhattan, KS, "Spark's" - local sourced food. I had the Green Season Cheeseburger, featuring green chili peppers, with sweet potato crinkle fries, was very tasty, beef was juicy and flavorful. My son had the Spark's Bacon Cheeseburger and potato dippers. The burger was really good and tasted great with the bacon, lettuce and Spark's housemade sauce. To top it off, we also endulged in homestyle milkshakes, cookies and cream was the bomb. Great job, Spark's!

Visiting from out of town and our food was delicious! Loved that they support local farmers and the food quality reflects! Butterscotch milkshake unmatched, bacon cheeseburger and the potato dippers were perfect and delicious. We would visit again when in town next!

Food was super fresh. The sauces were all distinctive flavors. Loved that it's all locally sourced. We were interacted with multiple times. Everything was very clean. Our burgers and sides were all great. Will recommend and will return.

I had their bison burger with sweet caramelized jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Overall a really solid burger you definitely taste the meat there's not a lot of fat in there there's definitely a good chew, The cheese is ridiculously creamy and rich I have to say it's probably my favorite cheddar on a burger ever, The jalapenos were sweet and crisp with a good kick. Overall if you're looking for a more gourmet burger to sit down and enjoy Go with the special. If you want a good solid double burger get the regular with all the fixings. The lemonade was classic and the onion straws with the spark sauce are a fantastic combination it's definitely not just burger sauce.

A wonderful restaurant with wonderful food! We loved that they had a little area with toys for our kids to play with while we were able to enjoy our meal. The owner is just absolutely the best and very very welcoming and accommodating and just a very kind lady. The milkshakes were so delicious and the strawberry lemonade was probably the best lemonade I have ever had. We love that most everything is made in house, down to the sauces in the milkshakes. And love that the food is locally sourced! Fantastic place to eat and we will be back!

This place is an absolute gem!!! The owner Genievieve is so nice and helpful. Our food was brought out in about 5 minutes and it tasted absolutely delicious. I got the fire burger which came with jalapenos, pepperjack, bacon and their housemade fire sauce. Their potato wedge/fries are hot and crispy and soft in the middle. This place really is fantastic. All together my meal cost 17.

Tried out this place today and it did not disappoint. The burgers were delicious and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were so yummy. Was told their ingredients were locally sourced. The customer service was amazing ! Food was brought out fast too. I had the s’mores milkshake and it was so good. And the atmosphere was cute. They even offer military discount which is very nice. I’ll definitely be returning. No complaints just raves. Highly recommend!
